Amaran and Bagheera- Two Southern Regionals Clashing

While the whole country awaits for the two highest anticipated films of the time, that will be released on Diwali; two films from the regional industries look forward to clash a day before.

Amaran and Bagheera look forward to their releases on 31st October. Both are quite potent films and can mark a national presence for themselves. While everyone awaits for the clash between Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, the clash between the formers too will be spectacular.

As per IMDBs list of the Highest Anticipated Films In India right now, Amaran stands at 7th position with 1.3%. Whereas Bagheera is at the 4th spot with 2.4% excitement. Bagheera has even surpassed Kanguva in the list. However the list cannot guarantee the result of the clash.

Amaran is a biopic of AC awardee Major Mukund Varadrajan, who was martyred while in action in the Qazhipathri Operation of Shopian. This gives an edge to the film being a patriotic one. The film stars Shivakarthikeyan, Sai Pallavi and Rahul Bose. This cast may attract a good number of audience.

Bagheera on the other hand is set in a dystopian world where society has turned into a jungle. A man seeks in this society seeks justice in his own manner as a vigilante. The film has been made by Prashanth Neel who has been the creator of several blockbusters. This will be the biggest selling point for the film.

While both the films have their own plus points, and seem to be hits in their own manner; it becomes interesting to see the result of their clash on 31st October to gain a national dominance. Also, it will be interesting to see how will they eliminate the competition with the Diwali giants to be a successful venture.
