The trailer for Anil Sharma’s latest directorial venture ‘Vanvaas’ is here and it’s an emotional tale of when your loved ones betray you and strangers become your own. ‘Vanvaas’ is set to release in cinemas on 20th December, 2024.
The trailer begins with Nana Patekar’s character enjoying a great family time surrounded by his children and grandchildren. They together take a trip to Varanasi where he is stranded alone.
On the other hand is fun and frolic Veeru Bhaiya Volunteer (Utkarsh Sharma) who has his own ways to fool people in the guise of helping them. When these two characters meet their is a clash between then since Veeru knows Patekar’s character’s family has left him there purposefully which he isn’t ready to accept.
Wishing to unite with his family, Patekar urges Veeru to make this possible and along the journey they form a bond stronger than a blood relation. The whole trailer is about love, betrayal, regret and redemption. It very much ignites the same emotions that ‘Bhagbaan’ did years ago.
Written, directed and produced by Anil Sharma, ‘Vanvaas’ stars Nana Patekar, Khushboo Sundar, Rajpal Yadav and also brings back the ‘Gadar 2’ couple Utkarsh Sharma and Simrat Kaur back together. Sunil Sirvaiya and Amjad Ali serve as co-writers for the film.
With music by Mithoon, ‘Vanvaas’ will have cinematography by Kabir Lal and editing by Sanjay Shukla. Suman Sharma will produce the film with Kamlesh Kanungo, Gaurav Agrawal, Rohit Choudhary and Jawahar Lal serving as co-producers.
Presented by Zee Studios and an Anil Sharma Productions film, ‘Vanvaas’ will release in theatres on 20th December, 2024.
