The trailer for Singham Again was released yesterday. The trailer was a rather long one and featured many stars. The film united the already existing stars in the Rohit Copverse that include Ajay Devgan, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar; and also introduced several other actors like Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff. Jackie Shroff too is a part of the film. Arjun Kapoor will play the role of the antagonist in the film.
The trailer grabbed a good response from the audience. Mixed reviews could be seen in the comments and reviews. Many people posted the pros and cons of the film on X. Some found the angle of Ramayana in the film to be interesting and some found it to be cringe. The show stealer however was Arjun Kapoor with his portrayal of the film’s villain.
Though the trailer was too long, it still did not have enough time as the film had to showcase all the stars in it. Arjun Kapoor, even after being the main antagonist, found only a few shots in the trailer. People complained of it as well. Many people appreciated the look of Arjun in the film which is a rather dangerous one. His beard, blood smeared all over the face, his satanic grin- everything sends a chill down one’s spine. Many people appreciated it.
People also commented that in this film, Arjun does not seem to overdo his role but play it subtly. His mannerisms evident in the trailer sure gave him an evil look and he did seem a good or rather a great choice for the role.
Most of the movie watchers have not been fans of Arjun Kapoor due to his previous works. This trailer too came with several backlashes for Arjun. But most comments were positive. The fact that even Arjun’s trollers are indirectly appreciating him is unexpected. Many people have made the comment that great actors like Deepika and Ranveer are more cringey to look in a trailer that has Arjin Kapoor in it. People also commented that Arjun is the only actor who looks good in the entire trailer.
This might be a milestone for Arjun Kapoor. With so many stars on board in a film that has such great anticipation, it is sure to go big in the box office. Arjun will mark a rebirth of his filmography from this film.
