For fans who have missed watching the classic anime movie ‘Ramayana: The Legend Of Prince Rama’ are having a chance to experience the masterpiece in big screens soon. The movie will be released in theatres on the 18th of October this year.
The movie is re-distributed by Excel Movies and AA Films. ‘The Legend Of Prince Rama’ came out in 1993 and went on to be a cult classic with a huge following for its aesthetic and faithful adaptation of the Indian epic. The movie is directed by filmmakers Yugo Sako, Koichi Sasaki and Ram Mohan.
After the release of Om Raut’s ‘Adipurush’ people had compared it to Yugo Sako’s ‘Ramayana’ and said it would be better to watch that in theaters. Now that the re-releases are in trend, it is good that this movie too is getting a second release and there are high chances that fans will flock around theaters for this movie.
The English voice cast included actors like Rael Padamsee, Uday Mathan, Mishal Varma, Noel Godin and the Hindi one had Shatrughan Sinha, Arun Govil, Namrata Sawhney, Shakti Singh, Adarsh Gautam, Dilip Sinha, Amrish Puri, Harjeet Walia, Sava etc.
