Jio Cinema’s ‘Khwaabon Ka Jhamela’: Heartfelt Drama Or A Desperate Attempt

With the last few attempts by JioCinema we can fairly say that, JioCinema is choosing quantity over quality.

With their recent releases like “The Miranda Brothers”, “Krispy Rishtey”, “Duss June Ki Raat Chapter 2”, everything is somehow not clicking with the audience.

The reason can be very core and that is not being strategic enough.

But now JioCinema is again coming up with a story of love, blending the old school love at first sight with some new terms as in problems with identity, wrapped in a new paper.

JioCinema is all set to release, “Khwaabon Ka Jhamela”, on 8th November.

Kubbra Sait’s monologue in the beginning of the trailer says a lot about how the story is going to unfold, but would that be enough?

This series also features stars like Prateik Babbar and Sayani Gupta.

Directed by Danish Aslam, “Khwaabon Ka Jhamela” promises to offer a fresh take on love, intimacy, and self-discovery.

But isn’t it done a millionth time?

After seeing such a downfall in JioCinema Originals? Why would the audience watch another story of love?

The story revolves around a boy who gets rejected by a girl and then begins his self-discovery journey.

Sayani Gupta helps Prateik Babbar’s character to overcome his sex issues.

And probably that’s it with the story.

This surely looks like a desperate attempt from JioCinema to establish themselves as a unique platform, but they are failing at this very project again again.

Now it’s time to see whether “Khwaabon Ka Jhamela” can be a saviour for JioCinema or not.

“Khwaabon Ka Jhamela” will be streaming on JioCinema from Tomorrow, stay tuned.
