Sources have revealed that Shahid Kapoor will be playing the role of the Gangstar Hussain Ustara in the upcoming project with Vishal Bhardwaj.
In 2009 we last saw Bhardwaj and Shahid Kapoor in the movie “Kaminey”, where Kapoor played the role of a twin, who will get entangled with a Mafia boss.
The upcoming movie is much different from the Mafia character we saw earlier being portrayed through Shahid by Bhardwaj.
But, the actor is going through a rigorous combat training and psychological shift for the movie, as he is focusing on the motives that Hussain Ustara used to follow.
The movie will star Tripti Dimri as its leading lady.
If we look from the lenses of 2009 then, we can say this portrayal of Shahid Kapoor will be a major shift in characters that we are used to Shahid in.
Although “Kaminey” was a dark comedy movie, with a very mature and sensitive theme, this upcoming movie is serious, as it focuses on the very raw life of a Gangstar.
This movie promises to be a big commercial action packed movie, which will serve as a perfect course.
The film will soon begin its filming, meanwhile Shahid prepares for another action thriller where he plays the role of a cop.
