While it hasn’t been official anywhere, it is quite evident that ‘comedy’ is one of the most versatile genres out there. Not only can it be clubbed with others, but it also holds the potential to deliver some titles that manage to impress an incredibly wide array of audiences.
This is also to say that the genre has delivered some of the most memorable performances as well as titles. One of the same being Priyadarshan’s iconic 2006 comedy thriller ‘Bhagam Bhaag’. The film starring Akshay Kumar, Govinda, Paresh Rawal, and more in leading roles was quick to become a genre as well as fan-favorite.
Much to the pleasure of awaiting viewers, ‘Bhagam Bhag 2’ has officially been confirmed! Moreover, the iconic trio will be returning to reprise their respective parts. While this news has debuted to widespread positive reviews, it has also raised its fair share of questions.
Most fans expressed that they wish that ‘Bhagam Bhag 2’ would also be directed by the OG director, Priyadarshan. This is also primarily so that the film doesn’t suffer a similar fate like the sequels of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’, his horror comedy film that was also quick to become a fan-favorite.
