Well when the word “Big Bollywood” director comes to our mind who is the first person we think of?
It is none other than Karan Johar, he is the most celebrated director and producer in the industry who made famous movies like “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” , “Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham”, “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” and recently under his production the blockbuster movie “Kill” was also released.
Now, he is about to make his high budget OTT debut , although no information about the project hasn’t been revealed yet, but being Karan Johar we can expect something super big.
The sources say the story is very close to Karan’s heart and it will be dominated by female stars of the industry.
According to the sources after the success of “Heeramandi”, Karan gathered the courage to debut on OTT platform, as it is a flourishing platform with new faces emerging everyday.
Karan Johar is working tirelessly behind this project and it can be one of the most ambitious projects for Netflix.
The shooting of this web series will be throughout 2025 and it is set to release in 2026.
Furthermore, under Dharma Production the upcoming Alia Bhatt film “Jigra” is set to release on October 11th.
