Amazon MX Player has launched the trailer for its upcoming latest original series ‘Karate Girls’ and this one aims for victory in between punches and troubles. Helmed by Victor Mukherjee, ‘Karate Girls’ will premiere only on Amazon MX Player on 13th December, 2024.
The trailer begins with Komal (Ashlesha Thakur), an underprivileged and troubled teenage girl, forced to join karate coaching to deal with her anger issues. On the very first day she gets into a fight with the coach’s daughter Abha (Celesti Bairagey) who is a non-serious, social media savvy girl but at the same time has her own reasons to impress her father by being the best student.
Coach (played by Manav Gohil) himself is caught in a game of rivalry when he crosses paths with his old acquaintance (played by Meiyang Chang). Things get intense when the karate institute is under threat due to financial reasons and the girls must put behind their issues to win the competition.
Directed by Victor Mukherjee and written by Gaurav Patki, Neha Pawar, and Tanmay Dhodapkar, ‘Karate Girls’ stars Ashlesha Thakur, Celesti Bairagey, Manav Gohil, Meiyang Chang, Rohan Joshi, and Chirag Katrecha in pivotal roles.
‘Karate Girls’ is produced by Aditi Shrivastava under Dice Media banner and will start streaming in Amazon MX Player from 13th December, 2024 onwards.
