Here’s What To Expect Of Newly Announced ‘Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein’ S3

A slow burn romantic crime drama ‘Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein’ is all set to return for a third season. The announcement was made today by Netflix, following the successful run of the recently launched second season on the platform.

In Season 2 of ‘Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein’, Vikrant tried to get rid of Purva by getting her abducted but not everything went according to his plan and he is dreaded if she returns. To make matters worse his old friend Guru is determined to get her back. The season ended on a cliffhanger where the audience saw Vikrant injured and Purva pregnant, instantly sparking expectations of a third season, which to the happiness of the viewers has now been announced.

The pulp fiction drama has been well received by both audience and critics and much of it owes to its pulp fiction genre that fans have admired. ‘Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein’ builds the characters well through the seasons just as we saw with Purva’s character in the season two.

As for season three, it is expected to explore other character arcs and will explore the tumultuous histories of the main characters and provide a deeper insight into their lives and personalities. It will serve as an explanation of what made them the way they are.

The third season will also add more twists and masala into its narrative to make it more pulpier with significant transformation in the lives of Vikrant (Tahir Raj Bhasin), Purva (Anchal Singh), Shikha (Shweta Tripathi), Guru (Gurmeet Choudhary), Jalan (Arunoday Singh), Akheraj (Saurabh Shukla), and Akhil (Nikhil Pandey).
