We have our first look at the much esteemed AppleTV+ thriller “Prime Target.” In the set photos released, we get our first look at Leo Woodall and Quintessa Swindell in their characters. The two would be playing a convoluted programming genius and an NSA agent, respectively.
The plaid jacket look on Woodall is spot on for his character, and of course, Swindell has never looked this tough as she does in these pictures. The series is being run by Brady Hood, known for his work ‘Top Boy’. Along with him, the people on board the writing team have Sherlock writer Steve Thompson.
The series will showcase additional faces, including Stephen Rea, David Morrisey, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Jason Fleyming, and Marth Plimpton, Alonsode Woodall, and Swindell. The premise revolves around an advanced computer program, which becomes the eye of the storm for a conspiracy with its creator (Woodall) at its center.
Prior to this, we have seen Woodall in his much-acclaimed project One Day. For Swindell, her last appearance was in Black Adam, and although it couldn’t be much of a commercial success, it is good to see her in this role. This indeed suits her elements.
The show will have eight episodes, which are set to release on January 22, 2025.
