Daredevil Born Again: First Look Of Marvel’s Most Grotesque Villain

Daredevil Born Again still has a lot of time to premiere. However, every once in a while we get a reminder that this show is about to be a massive fan service, as every time there’s a new character ether making a debut or making a return. While we already know that John Bernthall’s Punisher is about to make an appearance and with him there will be an incarcerated White Tiger, the main stars of the show will always be the villains.

Besides Kingpin and Bullseye, we have the first look at another very unsettling villain from the Daredevil mythos. The character in question is a very grotesque and morbid character who often uses human remains as the components for the graffiti he does on the walls of New York.

Characters like these were once considered too morbid for the MCU. The confirmation of the Muse in the Daredevil series showcases how the direction of MCU has been altered in recent years. Gone are the days of whitewashed violence. MCU is finally accepting the god that is a part of the action.

Even before Daredevil, the Echo series didn’t shy away from gore. And no one can forget how brutal Deadpool and Wolverine turned out to be. This is rather refreshing, as the MCU is finally growing alongside its audience.
