Joker: Folie A Deux is ready to hit the theaters, and the speculations are on an all-time high. The movie and its creators have faithfully evaded the tags for it to be a musical, but none of them denied that the movie’s sound track is probably the one thing that anchors it as it meanders between the reality and fantasies of the duo.

Joker and Harley Quinn fall in love in a music class. The two bond over the love for the performance. Putting up a show. The pomp and glamour that these two exhibit comes naturally to Lady Gaga, but it is phoenix who steals the show. Hildur Gudnadottir has done an excellent job with the music, following her excellent work in the first movie.

The songs in the movie are more than mere background scores. The film incorporates them as vocal numbers from the actors themselves. These songs are testimonies to the feelings of the two characters.

Apart from the 15 songs used as covers in the movie, Gaga herself has announced a surprise album titled Harlequin, which has a total of 13 songs. The first song of this album is already out and is receiving a lot of love from the fans. The whole album will be released on Friday. While the ovie will be released on October 4.
