Netflix’s Fab Five Set To Return With New Season Of Queer Eye

Netflix is renewing its much-loved series Queer Eye for a season 9, and the premiere dates are here. The Fabulous Five are making a comeback, except for Bobby Brock, who will be replaced by Jeremiah Brent. The ones who are returning though are, of course, Antoni Porowski, Jonathan Van Ness, Tan France, and Karamo Brown.

The show has a pretty unique concept. Revolving around these five gays helping a straight person to get out of their groove and be more stylish. The men judge and rework the person’s entire style, improving upon their fashion culture and design.

Each of the members has their own area of expertise, with Brown being the lifestyle coach. Van Ness being the expert at grooming, Porowski working on the culinary side of things, and France, who is the fashion mysterio. Bobby Berk, who used to be the interior design expert, will be replaced by Brent.

As per the official logline, this time around the Fab Five will take over the case of “a former showgirl struggling to regain her confidence to a dedicated librarian in need of a change.” The first look has been revealed, and Brent has been kept center stage with a giant slot machine, thus the series will be hitting Las Vegas this time.

The season will premiere on December 11.
