No AI Iron Man, RDJ Threatens To Sue Exec On AI Recreation

When the flash was released, it received immense backlash on the account of using artificial intelligence to bring back George Reeves as Superman along with the other badly recreated Al replicas of actors. Ever since, the question about the usage of AI in such scenarios has been scrutinized. Amidst all of this, Robert Downey Junior has made a remark about him being someday replicated.

The MCU is a franchise that just doesn’t seem to end. But as we saw, the characters seem to be in a constant state of perpetual youth, but the acctors, sadly, on account of ebing humans do age. The iron man we saw in 2008 is entirely different from the iron man in Endgame. Rdj was 43 in 2008, and the next time we will see him, he will be 61. He can’t do this forever. And while Tony Stark’s comic counterpart underwent a phase as an Al, RDJ is very apprehensive of such a proposition.

Downey says in his recent interview. When asked about the possibility of his character’s likeness being used through Al, he said, “I am not worried about them hijacking my character’s soul because there’s like three or four guys and gals who make all the decisions there anyway, and they would never do that to me.” He mentioned how he would sue all the future executives if they ever do that.

The use of Al to recreate deceased actors like Reeves has been justified on the account of the company owning that version of the character; however, it has been seen as a desicration of the legacy of the actor. As for Downey, he will be seen in Avengers: Doomsday next year as Doctor Doom.
