If you are looking for a movie to watch this weekend, here is a suggestion. ‘Forgotten’ is a South Korean that is not much talked about but it sure is one of the finest in the genre. The Korean industry is awesome when it comes to thrillers, and this is no exception.
The movie tells the story of two brothers. Jin-seok, a twenty one year old man watches his younger brother get kidnapped before his own eyes and cannot save him. He gets no news of the brother for 19 days but after then Yu-seok, the brother, suddenly turns in. He does not have any memory of the last 19 days and his brother thinks he is a stranger. You have to watch the movie to find out what happens in the movie.
The movie came out in 2017 and is written and directed by Jang Hang-jun. ‘Forgotten’ stars actors like Kang Ha-neul, Kim Mu-yeol, Moon Sung-keun, Na Young-hee and many others. The music is handled by Kim Tae-hoon and the cinematography is by Kim Il-yeon. It is executed well enough and there are no Scopes of getting bored during the one hour and forty nine minutes.
