The much-awaited movie from the Malayalam industry has been released today on the big screens, and there is a satiable audience influx post-first show. How can its reception impact the box office?
‘Sookshma Darshini’ is a comedy-drama thriller directed by Jithin MC and produced by Shyju Khalid along with Sameer Thahir for Happy Hours Entertainment. A V Anoop for AVA Productions is the co-producer for the movie, where debutants Libin TP along with Athul Ramachandran wrote the screenplay as well as the dialogues for the effort.
Subsequently, the flick was distributed by Shyam Pushkaran and Dileesh Pothan for Bhavana Studios.
As per the credible responses, the movie has a slow-paced narrative in its first half while providing intrigue for the second half thereby becoming a decent thriller with no extraordinary impressions.
Also, the application of plot devices like Hitchcock’s suspense theory is well-executed concerning the storytelling that has no space for lag or tiresome experience for the audience.
Although the second half of the flick is a little flat with notable loopholes, the climax makes it a watchable entertainer of the week.
The cinematography is handled by Sharan Velayudhan, editing is overseen by Chaman Chacko, and music is composed by Christo Xavier, respectively.
Regarding the technical wing, nothing significant has taken place with the music or background scores, which also helped in the decision of unnecessary filling in the name of engaging the audience.
The performances of actors Basil Joseph and Nazriya Nazim are brilliant and have done justice to the characters.
Moreover, the movie is meant for both family and young audiences which can become a super hit for the month at the Mollywood box office.
