Stream These Three Malayalam Movies On Diwali!

Another auspicious day of Diwali is here when the reminiscence of illumination, both inside and surroundings of the living beings is met. Luckily, the self-consciousness of human beings is a major factor that can both be inspiring and an inspiration. How can visual representations be able to inspire the minds?

Binged would like to suggest three Malayalam movies for celebrating this Diwali and will try to explain how this list can energize and enlighten human minds.

‘Pulival Kalyanam’ (Colloquial. A Marriage with Shackles) is a 2003 Malayalam-language romantic comedy film directed by Shafi, where the screenplay and dialogues are penned by Udayakrishna-Siby K. Thomas duo. The effort is bankrolled by O P Unnikrishnan and P S Premanandan for Govindh Films.

Albeit a romantic storytelling as its main base, the sub-plot which is followed by the comedy pair of Manavalan and Dharmendra played by actors Salim Kumar and Late Cochin Haneefa is the flick’s star attraction and watchable factor for its laughter riot.

Actors Jayasurya and Kavya Madhavan play the male and female leads alongside actors Lal, Jagathy Sreekumar, Lalu Alex, Karthika, and Harisree Ashokan playing important roles. This movie can be seen on the Manorama MAX and Amazon Prime Video platforms.

On the other hand, ‘Tamaar Padaar’ (Onomatopoeic. Bang and Blast) is a 2014 satirical comedy film written and directed by Dileesh Nair with bankrolling by M. Renjith through the company Rejaputhra Visual Media.

The movie focuses on the political facets and survival in an average world in an unconventional but humorous way that includes an ensemble cast of actors Prithviraj Sukumaran, Baburaj, and Chemban Vinod Jose playing the main roles. This movie is available to be watched on the Amazon Prime Video and Sun NXT platforms.

Contrary to the first two, ‘Carbon: Ashes and Diamonds’ is a 2018 adventure thriller film written and directed by Venu, where Sibi Thottupuram along with Navis Xaviour bankrolled the effort for Poetry Film House Productions.

Regarding the need to watch such a flick, the cinematography by K U Mohanan, editing by Beena Paul, Profound performance by Fahadh Faasil, and concept design stand out. This movie can be watched on the ZEE 5 platform.
