The movie is directed by Amal K Joby and produced by Musafir Film Company. The screenplay is penned by Riyas Ismath and the music is composed by Stephen Devassy.
Subsequently, the technical labour includes the handling of cinematography by Kunjunni S Kumar and editing is done by Ayoob Khan. The trailer cuts by Linto Kurian are brilliant and to the point.
The movie features actors Bibin George, Dileesh Pothan, Jaise Jose, Rony David Raj, Azees Nedumangad, Alexander Prasanth, and Sminu Sijo in important roles. The performances of actors Jaise Jose and Dileesh Pothan are hoped to be presented at top-notch which will be a watchable factor of the flick.
On an important note, the scope of the screenplay and editing are visible which can be another reason to engage the narrative. The movie can bring a suspense element throughout the storytelling which can make the audience interesting.
Followed by the release of the movie on the 27th of September, Kannada actor-director Raj B Shetty, who is also popular with the Kerala audience for his brilliant works in ‘Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana’ and ‘Toby’, acquired the rights for this flick for the Karnataka theatres under the Lighter Buddha Films, that is his own production and distribution company.
As a result, the movie did well in terms of the budget of the flick but didn’t create a profound wave in both industries. The movie will be streaming on the Amazon Prime Video platform from the 8th of November. Stay tuned in Binged for more updates regarding ‘Gumasthan’.
