When the six-year-old daughter of a married couple fractures her arm on a highway, they take her to a nearby hospital. She is sent for a medical test along with the wife as the husband (Sam Worthington) waits outside. When they don’t return, he tries to investigate the mystery himself in order to find his missing family and uncover the truth.
The hard-hitting film follows the story of four Tamil laborers, who are brutally tortured by a group of Andhra Pradesh cops in order to get a forced confession for a crime they did not even commit.
The Good Nurse, 2022
Based on Charles Graeber’s 2013 book of the same name, the crime thriller movie features Jessica Chastain as a devoted and overburdened nurse and single mother Amy, who finds relief after the arrival of a new nurse Charles Cullen (Eddie Redmayne) at the hospital. But after a series of unexpected patient deaths, the new nurse becomes a suspect for these mysterious deaths.
Operation Romeo, 2022
Helmed by Shashank Shah and set in Mumbai, the underrated film’s plot follows the story of two lovers Aditya (Siddhant Gupta) and Neha (Vedika Pinto), who find themselves at the mercy of two cops who turn their romantic date into an unforgettable nightmare.
