The official trailer for a new romantic movie ‘8 A.M. Metro’ has been released. It stars the beautiful Saiyami Kher and Gulshan Grover in lead roles. The film is directed by Raj R and has all the dialogues written by Asad Hussain. The poetic and subtle treatment of the film gives hope that it will be loved by a large audience. The movie is going to hit the theaters on the 19th of May.
8 A.M. Metro tells the story of two individuals who take the same metro route to work everyday. The common route acts as the ice breaker between them and they start conversing and meeting more often. Saiyami plays a responsible housewife with the name of Iravati and Gulshan Devaiah plays Preetam, a banker who is not just any regular banker but has more to him than meets the eye. Poetry bonds them together and despite being in a content marriage, Iravati finds a place of happiness in Preetam that is beyond mere friendship.
The trailer is pretty simple but gives you a glimpse of how the film is going to be, an emotional ride with something to think on. The music is soothing and it is given by Mark K Robin. Kausar Munir has written some very beautiful songs for the film and they are sung by the likes of Jubin Nautiyal, Jonita Gandhi, Javed Ali, Vishal Mishra, and the Nooran Sisters. Poetry, the one common thing between Preetam and Iravati, plays a very interesting role in the movie. It goes with the ups and downs of emotions of the story. And you would be much happier to know that the legend Gulzar Saab himself has written the pieces of poetry here.
