A New Avatar For This OTT Platform, Prices To Go Up In Two Days!!

The all-new version of SonyLIV is poised to launch on 18th June, with a whole new slate of original series, American shows and acquired films. Coming up on SonyLIV on the 18th at launch are SonyLIV Original series, ‘Your Honor’, festival favourite film ‘Kadakh’, and a gripping American show, ‘For Life’.

Unfortunately, what will also change along with the look and content of SonyLIV Premium will be the subscription rates. Viewers can avail a subscription to SonyLIV at the rate of Rs 499 for the entire year at present. And guess what, they can continue to do so until the 18th of June. That’s when SonyLIV subscription rates will change to a new rate slab. The streaming platform has not shared the new rates with the media or the public as yet.

SonyLIV had unveiled a spanking new logo and a delectable upcoming content slate late last month. The stunning makeover, along with the lineup of shows that SonyLIV has planned will certainly bring it at par with homegrown OTT leaders like ZEE5, MX Player and ALTBalaji, if not international giants such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
