The movie tells the story of a couple named Ning and Kawin, and their daughter who move to a new house in a strange locality and they rent their house to two tenants. Ratree is a doctor and she has a daughter named Nuch. They both come to live in the house, but Ning soon ovserves strange changes in the behaviour of Kawin. He also starts to sport a tattoo that is exactly similar to that of Nuch’s. Ning gets very much concerned over the matter and they soon find out that their little daughter is being preyed by some evil energy.
‘Home For Rent’ is written by Cook Tanida Hantaweewatana and directed by Jim Sopon Sakdaphisit, a filmmaker known for his Horror films, like the 2013 film Ladda Land. Home For Rent is said to be inspired by true events and that makes the movie even scarier. The film has actors like Mew Nittha Jirayungyurn, Weir Sukollawat Kanarot in the lead roles and Tai Penpak Sirikul, Praew Narupornkamol Chaisang in other important roles.
