Disney Plus Hotstar surprised and delighted its subscribers this morning, with a short sharp teaser for the new season of its flagship show, ‘Aarya’. The crisp teaser for Aarya Season 3 shines the spotlight on its lead character Aarya Sareen in her most badass avatar yet. Sushmita Sen looks like a million bucks in the Aarya 3 teaser, giving viewers a glimpse of what we’ve been waiting for ever since Aarya Season 2 hit Disney Plus Hotstar.
The short teaser for Aarya Season 3 shows Sushmita Sen loading her gun like a boss, and chugging away on a cigar at the same time. Aarya Sareen looks relaxed and settled in her new role of a crime-lord; one who knows how to pick her battles, and win them. The sound of a clock ticking ominously in the background of the teaser adds intrigue to it.
The teaser of Aarya Season 3 is accompanied with a caption that says that shoot for the new season of the popular show has begun. In the same breath, Disney Plus Hotstar’s social media handle announces that Aarya Season 3 will begin streaming soon. Despite the contrary statements posted on Twitter, we just can’t wait to see Sushmita Sen kick serious ass as Aarya, in her most unconventional role yet.
Said Sushmita Sen about Aarya Season 3 last year, “It is a new dawn for Aarya Sareen, and she is fierce. In Season 3, she is going places and starting her own story free from the obstacles of her past”. Along with Sushmita Sen, Aarya Season 3 will see the return of actors Sikandar Kher, Namit Das, Manish Chaudhari, Vinod Rawat, among others. The series is directed by Ram Madhvani.
