Sony Pictures India’s upcoming film ‘Nikamma’ has finally got a release date. The action romantic comedy film ‘Nikamma’ directed by Sabbir Khan (‘Heropanti’, ‘Baaghi’) is all set to release in cinemas on 17th June, 2022.
Sharing a boomerang of the excited lead cast with the director, team ‘Nikamma’ revealed the release date of the film on social media and wrote, “When you add @Abhimannyu_D + @ShirleySetia + @TheShilpaShetty together in a movie, you can for sure expect some #Nikamma fun!

‘Nikamma’ not only marks the Bollywood debut of singer and YouTuber Shirley Setia (‘Maska’) but will also see the return of Shilpa Shetty to big screen after 14 years. The film also stars Abhimanyu Dassani (‘Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota’, ‘Meenakshi Sundareshwar’).
Written by Sanamjit Singh Talwar, ‘Nikamma’ started filming in 2019 which was completed in 2020 but the release got delayed due to the pandemic. Produced by Sony Pictures and Sabbir Khan Films, ‘Nikamma’ is now all set to launch in theatres on 17th June, 2022.
