Hungama Play, a video on demand platform owned by Hungama Digital Media, has launched a brand new original show ‘Adhantari’. Directed by Jeet Ashok, ‘Adhantari’ is available to stream in Hindi and Marathi on Hungama Play.
Starring Siddharth Chandekar and Parna Pethe in the lead ‘Adhantari’ is a romantic comedy drama about a couple, Mugdha and Mukul, who have been in a long distance relationship for quite a time. Physical compatibility, emotional connection and love, they have everything needed for a happy relationship.
The only thing lacking is that they haven’t spent longer than a weekend at a stretch with each other – one of the side effects of being in a long-distance long relationship. During one of their romantic getaways in Lonavla, they face an unusual and unforeseen situation and now they must spend each and every moment in each other’s company, something they have never done before.
This means exposing their vulnerabilities, discovering the skeletons hidden in each other’s closet and somehow, still finding ways to keep their love alive. But is love enough? Or are there some other crucial elements needed to make a relationship work?
Other than Chandekar and Pethe, ‘Adhantari’ also stars Aroh Welankar, Virajas Kulkarni and Aashay Kulkarni. The Hungama original show is produced by Ganraj Associates.

It will also available on Flipkart Video at a later date. Additionally, Hungama’s association with Xiaomi will enable consumers to watch the show via Hungama Play on Mi TV.
