Netflix gave every platform a contagious plan to corrupt themselves with the introduction of ads on their respective platforms. They are affected and they are doing it in horrible ways. Take, for instance, Prime Video.
Many people are just fed up with the problem because the platform simply doesn’t know the way to put ads. Just having an ad partner and tons of ads is never enough. Prime Video needs to work on the placement of the ads. Just imagine that you are watching something and the ad pops up in the middle of the dialogue.
Kills the whole experience, right?
That is exactly what Prime Video is doing with the ad situation. They simply don’t know the correct way to place ads and it comes with a huge price. The price is being paid by the audience with their whole watching experience.
The ad algorithm needs a big time improvement at Prime Video as the experience of the viewers is being killed.
Some users are also complaining about the frequency of ads and perhaps these are the reasons people switch to ways which are unethical.
Anyways, let’s hope that Prime Video reworks on their ad policy and the audiences get a better experience in future.
If I haven’t mentioned it before, whoever at @PrimeVideo decided to put ads in the middle of its programming deserves to be cast into the fires of Mount Doom.
