Well, one show that surprisingly solves all this conundrum is Prime Video’s ‘The Boys’. The black comedy thriller show that revolves around a group of rogue superheroes and another ragtag group on the hunt for them, and vice versa.
With its highly awaited Season 4 being released recently, the show is in talks all over again. While there were a plethora of rumors that the show will extend its initial 5-season plan, it is now official that the forthcoming 5th season will conclude the series.
While this has come as a major shocker to fans, it seems to be the best course of action to preserve the golden legacy of the show. Initial reviews for Season 4 have been lukewarm on top of the lowest Tomatometer score as compared to the other seasons.
Hopefully, as the remaining episodes drop and the new season looms, ‘The Boys’ will not suffer the same tragic fate as ‘The Flash’, one of the most popular superhero shows of the generation. Hopefully, it’ll conclude when it’s still highly relevant, loved and coveted!
