Actor S. J. Suryah has now joined the cast of Karthi’s upcoming film ‘Sardar 2’. He will most probably play the antagonist in the movie. His most recent appearance was in the Shankar directorial ‘Indian 2’ where he faces off Kamal Hassan. But his screen time was little, giving much scope for the next movie ‘Indian 3’ where he will be the main Villain.
S. J. Suryah is having a great run of superhit movies with critical acclaim. He starred in the lead role in Karthik Subbaraj’s film ‘Jigarthanda Double X’ and it was one of the most successful Tamil films last year. He also starred in ‘Mark Antony’, ‘Varisu’ and the popular series ‘Vadhandhi’. He is definitely one of the most powerful performers in India right now and having him face off Karthi in ‘Sarfar 2’ will be a treat to the fans.
The first movie ‘Sardar’ came out in 2022 and had Karthi in a double role. It was written and directed by P. S. Mithran and was an espionage thriller. It told the story of a disgraced intelligence officer who returns from his exile to stop a terrible mishap from happening as he gets to know a water company is trying to poison water across the country.
