Aha Aces At Tormenting Customers For No Reason

Aha has a very simple task. The task is to entertain the Telugu audience which obviously can’t be as huge as the OTT platforms that target to serve the whole of India.

The Telugu folks purchase the subscription to enjoy the content but what if they are not able to even access the platform? Well, it is a fact not fiction. There are tons of complaints about how badly those glitches are affecting the common users. Some customers are complaining that even after paying the subscription fee, the app shows glitches which forbids them to access the app. Also, it takes days to be solved and that too after interference from the customer service.

So it has become an unsaid rule among the subscribers that they would have to also deal with the customer services in order to start enjoying the content on Aha.

The fact that the subscription does not even show in the account after a whole lot of unnecessary exercise is proof big enough that Aha MUST focus on the end user experience. Otherwise, imagine having great content but no customer can watch it due to the brutal tormention.
