The fourth generation of the illustrious Allu family is now gearing up to make a grand entry into filmdom. Superstar Allu Arjun‘s daughter, Allu Arha, is all set to make her feature film debut with director Gunasekhar’s upcoming Telugu magnum opus, Shakuntalam. Interestingly, Allu Arha will not be seen in a female role in her debut film. She is slated to play a young Prince Bharata in the period drama that recounts the love story of King Dushyant and Shakuntala. Samantha Akkineni is playing the titular role of Shakuntala in the film.
Proud father Allu Arjun shared the news on his social media, along with Allu Arha’s first look in all her regal finery as the young Prince Bharata. He also thanked Gunasekhar in his Instagram post, saying,
“A proud moment for the Allu family to announce that the fourth generation Allu Arha will be making her debut with Shakuntalam movie. I want to thank @gunasekhar1 garu & @neelima_guna garu for giving my daughter this beautiful movie as her debut. I had an altogether different journey with @samantharuthprabhuoffl and am happy to watch Arha debut with her movie. My best wishes to the entire Cast & Crew of #Shakuntalam”
