Amazon MiniTV has dropped the trailer of its upcoming new series ‘Sisterhood’ and it follows four teenage girls as they navigate through life and school. Helmed by Nayana Shyam, ‘Sisterhood’ will premiere on Amazon MiniTV within the Amazon Prime Video shopping app on 13th June, 2024.
‘Sisterhood’ trailer introduces four girls studying in 9th standard in an all girls convent school. First up we have Nikita Waghmare the cool kid who’s always up for some mischief and studies are not something she’s interested in. Then there’s topper Zoya and tubelight Ann. We also have Gargi Oberoi, a newcomer who doesn’t intend to stay long and hence does not wish to make any friends in the school.
A school science project brings them together and from there they embark on a journey of friendship, self-discovery, and shared adventures that define their transformative school years.
Directed by Nayana Shyam, ‘Sisterhood’ stars Bhagyashree Madhav Limaye, Anvesha Vij, Nitya Mathur, and Nidhi Bhanushali in prominent roles. The show is written by Ashish Manchanda, Khushbu Baid, and Swasti Jain with a story they co-wrote with Anuya Jakatdar and Devanshi Shah.
Vijay Koshy, Shreyansh Pandey, and Chaitanya Kumbhakonum serve as executive producers for ‘Sisterhood’ that is produced by Arunabh Kumar. Presented by The Viral Fever, a Girliyapa creation ‘Sisterhood’ will premiere on Amazon MiniTV within the Amazon Prime Video shopping app on 13th June, 2024.
