Actress Kajal recently celebrated her birthday and here is a movie for her fans to celebrate. Sita, a movie driven by Kajal, primarily is out on Amazon Prime. If you haven’t check out the film theatrically, then it is a harmless watch online.
Sita has Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas in the lead role, but it is an out and out Kajal show. She is the backbone of the movie and has put on an act like never before. Director Teja has unveiled a new hitherto unseen angle of the actress. It is full of attitude, spoilt rich brat arrogance and also over action in parts. And then there is the likeable Sonu Sood.
The film in itself isn’t any great shakes. It has an outdated plot with a poor second half and a terrible climax. However, with the fast forward option, Sita is an easy watch at the comfort of your home. Watch the right parts involving Kajal and Sonu Sood and skip the rest.
Commercially Sita didn’t fare any well and was a disappointment for Teja after making a grand comeback with Nene Raju Nene Mantri. The actors, however, have moved on to their next, whereas the director is still contemplating his future.
