Just like every week, the data for the viewing charts of Netflix is out and so are we with the report. The last week was the least productive for Indian films than many weeks in the recent past.
The reason behind this is simple. There weren’t any big film releases last week. Also, Uncharted, Persuasion, and The Sea Beast are doing decently well in terms of views.
But for Indian films, Nani‘s Ante Sundaraniki emerged as the most watched Non-English film globally.
We are saying that it was a dull week because, unlike the recent weeks, no Indian film got a place in the top 3 positions.
Ante Sundaraniki secured the sixth position with a mere 3,270,000 hours of views. Thankfully, the most surprising title in the list is none other than RRR which secured the 9th position. Interestingly, it has been running for 9 weeks continuously.
So overall, this week was pathetic and all eyes rest on the ongoing week.
In India, however, the most streamed film was Tom Holland starrer Uncharted. So naturally, Ante Sundaraniki did not grab enough attention.
The most pathetic condition was that of Jaadugar which did not even find a place in the Indian list let alone the global one.
