It is quite a great year for Ishaa Saha. She has starred in multiple movies and shows this year and recently her ’Indu’ was adapted in Hindi by Disney+Hotstar with the title ‘Vadhuvu’. One more web series starring the actress in the lead role is coming soon. ‘Antormahal’, which is a Hoichoi special, had its release date announced only today. The show will be releasing on the 24th of November.
It will be a romantic drama, as it seems from the poster and the title. ‘Antormahal’ is indeed a very Bengali title and there are already multiple projects made with the same name. Hopefully, it will not be a mere recreation of the same cliché. The show has good actors, Saurav Das plays the male lead opposite Ishaa Saha.
The show is directed by Abhrajit Sen and written by Neel B. Mitra. The poster and the first look of the show have been released. The poster has Ishaa and Saurav sitting by each other but the background is torn between the two. Ishaa has a hospital behind her and Saurav sits on a cozy bed.
The Hoichoi shows are doing a great job in the regional OTT space. And some of them are also getting recognition beyond that. Two Hoichoi shows have been already adapted by Hotstar and the shows have a huge popularity in Bangladesh too. The introduction of new content every now and then is really helping the platform grow and the viewers too seem to be quite satisfied.
