Apple TV Plus has created a prestigious aura of sorts around itself. Almost all of its original content is consistently high quality, with stellar names attached to most. The streaming platform has made a name for itself as the home of quality content.
Interestingly, Apple TV Plus has been taking it slow since its inception a few years ago. While rivals Prime Video and Netflix have been premiering shows after shows every week, Apple TV Plus has been content with releasing just a show or two each month. In the race for good content, it seems as if Apple TV Plus is in competition only with itself.
2024 promises to be different, however. Apple TV Plus is finally getting more aggressive and focused. It has announced more content than ever for 2024; and is planning to premiere new shows every week of the year. Since Apple TV Plus streams content in the weekly episodes format, it means subscribers will have fresh content to watch on the streamer every other day or so.
In keeping with its ethos of quality content, Apple TV Plus has released the first looks, release dates and other information for a slew of shows it plans to release in 2024. The list includes new shows, as well as new seasons of previous shows. Apple TV Plus has only released information on shows premiering in the first half of 2024.
