Mini Studios LLP has announced its 14th production and it will have Tamil movie star Arya in the leading role. Jamshad Cethirakath a.k.a Arya will make his first appearance after movies like ‘Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam’.
The movie is written by actor-writer Murali Gopy and is being helmed by acclaimed filmmaker Jiyen Krishnakumar. Krishnakumat is known for his Malayalam movies like ‘College Days’, ‘Kaanchi’ and ‘Tiyaan’ and his Tamil debut with the Aishwarya Rajesh & R.J. Balaji starrer ‘Run Baby Run’ was very popular. It will be good to have him back again with another Tamil action drama.
Murali Gopy on the other hand is well-known for his screenplays in various popular films. He has written ‘1 By Two’, ‘Left Right Left’, ‘Kammara Sambhavam’ and of course the Mohanlal starrer ‘Lucifer’. The writer and director have previously worked together in the movie ‘Tiyaan’.
The plot details and other information on the movie have not been revealed yet. The cast list is yet to be announced. Hopefully we will get to know more about the movie soon.
Arya has shot to huge fame even in the Hindi belt with the Pa. Ranjith film ‘Sarpatta Parambarai’. He might as well gain the status of a pan-Indian star like Vijay Sethupathi, Dhanush or Yash in coming days. The success of this Jiyen directorial can play a huge part in this.
