Nitesh Tiwari is a big filmmaker who has given monstrous hits like Dangal. But his latest release ie Bawaal on Prime Video is not resonating much with the audience.
Needless to say, Bawaal is a direct release on Prime Video India that had a decent star cast of Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor. If the people were able to resonate with the film then it would easily come out to be a highly successful film.
Alas.
Unlike Netflix, Prime Video does not release the viewing charts of the film. So we have to depend on reliable third party websites that do the same.
As you can see in the chart above, the film is stuck mid air at the fifth position.
As you may see, Prime Video is not really much popular outside India. In fact, India is the biggest and fastest growing market for Prime Video globally. Thus, years old films like Fifty Shades Freed are also trending on the Top 10.
In a condition where there is practically no competition, it is not good to see that Bawaal is out of the Top 3 realms.
