Romeo Akbar WalterNetflix

Though we can’t vouch for John Abraham’s acting skills, we can do so for his choice of scripts and his ease with action. Romeo Akbar Walter has that aplenty. The film directed by Robby Grewal revolves around a bank cashier, Romeo, who is recruited by India’s intelligence agency as a spy in Pakistan. However, things change for the worse when his identity is revealed.

Pattipulam- Eros Now

This film hasn’t been in the news for the right reasons prior to and posts its release for its glorification of misogyny. Marking Suresh’s directorial debut, the film stars Veerasamar, Amitha Rao and Yogi Babu in pivotal roles. The plot is definitely intriguing, where a girl who loses her parents to street-racing, plans to avenge their death. Just at over 100 minutes, try giving this a chance and you may be surprised.

Oru Adaar Love- SunNxt

This film came with an overwhelming amount of expectation because of the wink girl Priya Warrier and her on-screen love interest Roshan Abdul Rahoof. Oru Adaar Love may not have lived up to the hype, but that shouldn’t stop you from catching its digital premiere. While Roshan starts dating Priya, he later finds that he’s more enamored by Gadha, his best friend. When he’s about to convey his love, they are attacked by fringe groups and later saved by friends.
