The first teaser for ace director Bejoy Nambiar’s upcoming bilingual film Por / Dange is out. Producers T-Series have not revealed a release date for Por / Dange yet, but our guess is it should release in theatres very soon – most likely in February itself.
The teaser for the bilingual film Por / Dange depicts two angsty young college friends who are forced to face-off against each other in a college cultural fest. The rivalry escalates soon, leading to violence and chaos. Both leading men — Arjun Das in the Tamil version ‘Por’, and Harshvardhan Rane in the Hindi version ‘Dange’ — look fabulous in their respective roles.
The movie has an interesting premise. The script explores the complexities of human nature, highlighting the angst and roughness within the characters portrayed. In the end, the film challenges audiences to “pick a side”, based on the twists of the story.
Bilingual film ‘Dange/POR’ features Harshvardhan Rane and Ehan Bhatt in the lead roles, and Nikita Dutta and TJ Bhanu in pivotal roles in the Hindi language, titled as ‘Dange’. The Tamil version is titled ‘Por’, and stars Arjun Das, Kalidas Jayram, Tj Bhanu and Sanchana Natarajan in primary roles.
Por / Dange is produced by T-Series & Roox Media, along with Getaway Pictures Production, Bejoy Nambiar, Prabhu Antony, Madhu Alexander. The film is written and directed by Bejoy Nambiar.
