After a career slump, this might be an opportunity for Tamil actor Bharath for resurgence. Although his upcoming film is set for a direct OTT release, it will be a chance for audiences to notice Bharath after a hiatus. ‘Ippadikku Kadhal,’ is a romance drama directed by ‘Igloo’ fame Bharath Mohan.
The official trailer hints at a love triangle among the lead characters, promising the film to be an intriguing watch among youth audiences. According to the director, the narrative sheds light on coping with depression and its aftermath, depicting the complications that arise when individuals from diverse backgrounds come together as a couple.
The cast also includes Janani Iyer, and Sonakshi in leading roles, with Pandiarajan, Bagavathi Perumal, Gnanasambandan, and Niranjani in supporting roles. Talking about the crew, Ballu, Arol Corelli and Prasanna GK are looking after cinematography, music and editing, respectively. ‘Ippadikku Kadhal’ is produced by Sabareesh Kumar under the banner of Meraki Entertainment.
It is officially announced that ‘Ippadikku Kadhal’ is scheduled for its premiere on February 9, exclusively on aha, an OTT platform which predominantly streams Tamil and Telugu content.
