After a highly successful run at the box office, Barbie is now eyeing its digital release soon. Warner Bros. will make ‘Barbie‘ available for digital or VOD on the 5th of September.
Barbie is directed by Greta Gerwig who is known for films like ‘Frances Ha’. The film is produced and starred by Margot Robbie.
‘Barbie’ has created history by becoming the first solo female led movie to cross one billion dollars at the box office globally. The one hour fifty four minutes movie has delivered a much existential story in a pretty cheeky style and has transformed itself into a global phenomenon.
Barbie’s clash with Oppenheimer was quite historic and Barbie has grossed higher at the box office, which shows the success of their epic promotional strategies and marketing. There are no updates about when the movie will start streaming on an OTT platform. But it will be available to rent and will be there in digital/VOD format from the 5th of September.
