Actor and filmmaker Jordan Peele has been approached by Marvel for a new project. As per media reports, Peele and Marvel had a meeting very recently.
Jordan Peele is one of the most crafty and Lauded filmmakers of our time and he has impressed his audiences with the genres of both comedy and horror. He has made a name with the hilariously funny sketch show ‘Kay And Peele’ and it went highly popular with international audiences. He then went on to direct some terrific horror movies. ‘Get Out’ came out in 2017 and showed new dimensions in horror. It was followed by ‘Us’ in 2019 and ‘Nope’ in 2022. His craft and interesting concepts are appreciated by fans and he can have a huge effect on how Marvel decides the course of upcoming projects.
With mind-blowing science fiction concepts and a strong black representation, Jordan Peele is regarded as an A-lister filmmaker and roping him in will be a win-win for both Marvel and Peele. He has already handled science fiction, and he has a good grip in genre bending thrillers, his storytelling can have a huge impact on the success and future of Marvel.
It is not revealed yet what project he will be working on and what are the stages of development now. But hopefully, it will be something new and not a franchise number or a sequel from some previous movie.
