On the birthday of Rashmika Mandanna, a movie with the actress as the solo lead has been announced. The first look poster have been released. Fans are excited with the new announcement, but the poster does not at all seem unique or special by any means.
‘The Girlfriend’ will have a pan-Indian release. It will be releasing in five languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. The movie is being directed by Rahul Ravindran. Hesham Abdul Wahab is composing the music of The Girlfriend.
The makers posted the first look with birthday wishes for the actress and addressing her as the national crush. With movies like ‘Pushpa’ and ‘Animal’, Rashmika has risen to the status of a pan-Indian star and with more movies she is only glowing in more and more fame.
On the eve of her birthday, the Pushpa 2 makers posted her character posters from the movie as well. The posters look awesome and they are definitely much better than ‘The Girlfriend’ posters. In the first look of the movie, Rashmika features as a college student, with regular traditional attire and with a smile in the face. She looks pretty, but the first look seems quite ordinary and uninteresting.
The marketing team could have put some more efforts on the poster and it could have looked more intriguing. However, Rashmika’s fandom is enough to draw attention from audiences. Let us see when the release dates of the movie are announced.
