Gear up, movie buffs! Some of the most awaited films from B’town are likely to screen on various streaming platforms in the coming days. Comedy-horror Laxmmi Bomb starring Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani is all set to screen on Disney+Hotstar ‘Multiplex’. Though the release date has not been decided yet, the actors and the producers have confirmed that they are looking forward to an OTT release in the wake of the global pandemic. After Amazon Prime’s Breathe, Abhishek Bachchan will be seen on Disney+ Hotstar with his biographical crime thriller The Big Bull.
Abhishek Bachchan will also mark his presence on Netflix alongside Rajkummar Rao and Aditya Roy Kapur in Ludo. The OTT platform that had announced 17 web series and movies during pandemic times will also be hosting Yami Gautam’s Ginny Weds Sunny. Filming of the rom-com has been wrapped up and sources suggest it makes for a perfect lazy Netflix watch.
One of the biggest Netflix attractions is Kajol’s Tribhanga – Tedhi Medhi Crazy which will be releasing by mid-2021. Kaali Khuhi, a horror set in a Punjab Village featuring Sabana Azmi-Sanjeeda Sheikh, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s witty drama, Serious Men, and Sanjay Dutt’s Torbaaz are also in their post-production and will premiere on Netflix shortly.
