Bridgerton Season 3 To Release In 2 Parts On Netflix!

“Bridgerton” is set to grace our screens once again with its third season, with a blend of romance, scandal, and Regency-era elegance. Netflix has recently announced the release of the upcoming season, which will be served to viewers in two parts.

The initial four episodes are scheduled to premiere on May 16, offering an intoxicating introduction to the latest twists and turns in the lives of the ton’s elite. Following this, the next four episodes will follow suit on June 13, even though it is bound to create an uproar from the audience.

Interestingly, the third season is not set on Julia Quinn’s books, upon which the previous two series are based. The focus shifts intriguingly to the budding romance between Penelope Featherington, portrayed by Nicola Coughlan, and Colin Bridgerton, played by Luke Newton. Needless to say, it received a lot of violent trolling.

The teaser hints at moments of tension and unexplored feelings between Colin and Penelope, offering a tantalising glimpse into the romantic entanglements that will unfold. Brownell’s decision to push the narrative forward into their season, rather than treading water, suggests a season filled with passion, revelations, and perhaps even heartbreak.

The series stars Luke Thompson, Golda Rosheuvel, Jonathan Bailey, and the iconic Julie Andrews as the voice of Lady Whistledown. Let’s wait for May 16 as it is then when we will finally know whether this departure from the origin was worth it.
