Brie Larson Promises That ‘The Marvels’ Will Be Bonkers

The upcoming Captain Marvel sequel, The Marvels, is ready to soar high in the sky. And the leading lady, Brie Larson, has teased that this movie will be ‘bonkers’. We already know that Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) and Kamala Khan/Ms Marvel (Iman Vellani) are a part of this one. Plus, this movie will continue the storyline from the latter’s forthcoming Disney+ series.

After the events of Avengers: Endgame, Larson played a small cameo in the mid-credits scene of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Now, she is all set to deliver an exhilarating Captain Marvel sequel with the help of the remaining Marvels.

Larson appeared in a recent interview with Uproxx. This is what she said about the film:

“When I read the script for the first time, I couldn’t believe what I was reading. I was like, this is bonkers. And it’s the thing that I love about Marvel, is that they continue to reinvent. They continue to do the thing that you just would never think would be possible in these films. And they’re not afraid to go there.”

However, the actress didn’t mention anything about her movie’s relationship with the rest of the MCU’S Phase Four entries. Well, we know how Marvel is when it comes to keeping secrets. They have done an excellent job in keeping Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness completely secretive so far. But we cannot say the same about Spider-Man No Way Home. Blame Sony for this!

The Marvels will come out on February 17 next year. It treasures Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, Iman Vellani, Zawe Ashton, Mohan Kapur, and many more acting talents Nia DaCosta at the helm.
