Lessons In Chemistry, the upcoming limited drama series from Apple Studios, is set to premiere on Apple TV+ on October 13. The series has the Oscar-winning actress Brie Larson in the leading role.
The series will revolve around a female scientist, Elizabeth Zott (played by Brie Larson), who gets fired from her lab in the 1950s. But she does not stop her journey and starts hosting a TV cooking show, “Supper at Six”, to teach housewives about scientific topics.
Based on Bonnie Garmus’ best-selling novel of the same name, the show stars Brie Larson, Aja Naomi King, Lewis Pullman, Stephanie Koenig, Patrick Walker, Kevin Sussman, Thomas Mann, and Beau Bridges.
Larson recently appeared in Fast X, which has earned over $520 million globally. She shared the screen with the likes of Vin Diesel, Jason Momoa, and Michelle Rodriguez in the latest Louis Leterrier directional. She is set to appear as Captain Marvel in the sequel, The Marvels, alongside Iman Vellani (Ms. Marvel, aka Kamala Khan) and Teyonah Parris (Monica Rambeau). Helmed by Nia DaCosta, the film will hit theatres worldwide on November 10.
Developed by Lee Eisenberg, the first two episodes of Lessons In Chemistry will release on October 13. After that, new episodes will arrive every week through November 24. The series will premiere on the Apple TV+ streaming platform. Stay tuned for more updates.
