Netflix has an array of reality series on its site and almost seems to have become a hub for such shows now. Pick any topic and you might find a reality series based on it, such huge is the streaming service’s library. Well, now to add to this bunch, another reality series is making its way to Netflix. Titled, “Byron Baes”, Netflix is all set to bring its first ever Australian reality series for the viewers.
Set in the scenic Byron Bay, the reality series will bring together influencers from in and around Byron Bay to stay together and play their own game of clicking selfies, influencing, falling in love, fighting, making up and basically anything and everything that happens in reality shows with young and beautiful people in it.
Byron Bay also is the home to many international celebrities like Chris Hemsworth and wife Elsa Pataky, Zac Efron, Matt Damon and Olivia Newton-John. Along with that, Byron Bay is now believed to have the biggest influencer population in Australia and most of its credit goes to the fact that the place has always given off a bohemian vibe to everyone since ages. Since, “bohemian” lifestyle makes an entry into the lives of many influencers; Byron Bay becomes the perfect place for them to be.
The show will be produced by Eureka Productions, with Emma Lamb as the show runner. Julian Morgans, a senior editor at Vice, who came up with the idea for creating such a show will serve as the executive producer along with Rachel Tuffery.
The makers have already created an apparent list of celebrities that will be entering the reality series. They have already been finalised and are being kept under wraps for the moment. The show will include influencers and celebrities from various different fields like fashion, make-up, lifestyle gurus and a lot others.
As of now, there are no release dates as to when the brand new series will drop, but with the probable line-up of influencers from such diverse fields along with the scenic Byron Bay beauty viewers definitely will be hooked to “Byron Baes”.
