The most awaited movie of the week, ‘ Ajayante Randam Moshanam’ or ‘A.R.M’, was released last day and received great critical acclaim and highly positive responses from the viewers. With this, the movie is expected to be the winner of this year from the Malayalam industry. The amicable competition between ‘Kishkindha Kaandam’ and this masterpiece is continuing and both of them are doing well.

Based on the audience’s reaction and credible reviews, the movie has an excellent storytelling pattern with a compelling screenplay and meticulous visual effects supervision led by a talented team. The film is directed by debutant Jithin Laal, who has been developing this massive project for ten years. Sujith Nambiar and Deepu Pradeep are the writers of the movie, which is the backbone of the film. The narrative featuring three different personalities during different periods is carefully crafted, unlike the recently released big-budget movies with similar templates. A character like ‘Maniyan’ is a metempsychosis version of the actor which is liked by most of the audience. Other supporting actors like Kriti Shetty, Surabhi Lakshmi, and Basil Joseph have done noteworthy performances.

Also, the boasting of visual effects is a prevalent matter of concern for a movie with a huge canvas and well-defined edifice. This has been made achievable with the efficient supervision by Salim Lahir, with Envision VFX, Visual Birds Studio, and Mind Stein Studios.

On an important note, the 3D experience is just splendid and music as well as scores by debutant Dhibu Thomas is convincing.

However, the movie is constructed with an estimated budget of thirty crores in rupees as per print and publicity which belongs to a big-budget category for a smaller regional industry. But its brilliance of aesthetic value and effective drive of the content can have the potential to captivate all kinds of audiences irrespective of age, culture, or language in any manner.
